Jon Crow

General Superintendent

Jon is the director of field operations for Austin General Contracting at Austin Companies. He is responsible for delegating the supervision of projects, monitoring the distribution of manpower, developing and enforcing all standard operating procedures, assuring that all the current standards and codes are being adhered to, and ensuring that all AGC field personnel are exhibiting the company’s core values.  

Jon, a native of the Las Vegas valley, grew up in the industry and now holds more than 25 years of experience. He has spent half of his career with one of the largest general contractors in the valley, working multiple multibillion-dollar projects up and down the Las Vegas. Jon is proud of the fact that he started his career as a tool–wearing tradesman and was promoted through the ranks, eventually becoming a superintendent. He feels that this real-life experience is what allows him the manage his team’s efficiency, solve issues, and streamline projects.  

When not working Jon enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities.
